♥ Requirements!
To be eligible, you must submit and successfully complete checkout or clear mailed payment by the due date of FEB. 28, 2010
You understand there are no refunds ( read below ) on items purchased while this contest is active. Returns are accepted for an exchange in the off chance your item is defective, or exchange for an equal or lesser valued item if purchased item is no longer in stock.
There are no minimum order requirements. You will receive one entry for every item you purchase. I.E. If you purchase one item, you will be entered in the drawing one time. Purchase 5 items, you're entered 5 times, and so on.
♥ Rules!
1. The gift items you receive, are just that, gifts. There will be no exchanging for items listed in the shop. If you do not like the preview photos of the prizes, you are not obligated to participate. You may simply either contact us and let us know you're not interested, or simply leave us a note during checkout.
2. There are FOOD products, as well as bath/cosmetic products. Any of these items may or may not contain peanuts, soy, etc. If you have allergies, please do not eat them. We are not responsible for what you or others consume. This is your responsibility.
3. All food and cosmetic items are fresh. Nothing is past or even close to its expiration date.
4. Items purchased that are "coming soon" and not yet in stock, will not count towards your entry count. Only items that are currently in stock are valid towards your entry count.
5. You will automatically be disqualified if your mailed payment fails.
6. You must claim your prize within 2 weeks. Learn how by clicking HERE.
7. You will receive EVERYTHING you see in the photo for the individual prizes that you win. Please understand not everything is shown, there are tons of surprises!
8. If an entrant has their number drawn more than once, and has already won a prize, they will not win both prizes, their number will be discarded and Dan will draw again.
9. There are absolutely NO refunds on orders purchased in the month of february while this contest is active, UNLESS you do not wish to participate in the drawing, in which case you must indicate so as stated, in the note area at checkout. This is to prevent unfair entry into the contest, as it is a random drawing based on quantity of individual items purchased per order. Exchanges for the same item if it is defective ( unlikely! ), or an item valued at equal or lesser value ( providing purchased item is no longer in stock ) are the only options during the month of february.
